Job Summary
Being the on-shift leader for a Domino's Pizza store, you will oversee all activities during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations. Responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, maintaining store standards and image, ensuring great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. The role offers an advancement path from delivery driver to manager to franchise owner, with orientation and on-the-job training provided. Strong communication skills, ability to process orders, manage monetary transactions accurately, operate equipment, and adhere to policies are essential. Physical duties include lifting, standing, driving deliveries, and navigating delivery routes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply quickly
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take/process orders
- Ability to enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete paperwork
