Job Summary
Assist in leading the Domino's Pizza store shift by overseeing every aspect of operations during the shift, including cost and inventory controls, cash handling, and customer relations. Responsibilities span staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, maintaining image and standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. Opportunities for advancement from delivery to management or franchise ownership are highlighted. Required Qualifications
- Operate all equipment as needed
- Receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete paperwork
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills for orders
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- Physical ability to perform tasks (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent movement)
- Adherence to schedules and policies; customer service excellence
