Job Summary
We’re hiring an Assistant Manager at Domino’s Pizza (Benbrook, TX). You’ll be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The role emphasizes leading staff, training, maintaining schedule adherence, ensuring great customer service, store cleanliness, and profitability, with opportunities for career advancement from delivery driver to franchise ownership. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders
- Training on the job provided
- Orientation and training provided on the job
