Job Summary
Manage all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations while setting a positive example for the team. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, and prepare product. Receive and process telephone and in-person orders, maintaining accurate records and completing associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily, ensuring store cleanliness and adherence to all policies and procedures. Work to a schedule with punctuality, demonstrating the judgment, math skills, and multitasking ability required to lead the store.
