Job Summary
Assist in managing Domino's store operations during shifts, enforcing policies and procedures, overseeing staffing, inventory, cost controls, cash handling, customer relations, and store presentation. Responsibilities include cost controls, inventory management, paperwork, staffing coordination, marketing support, product preparation, order processing, adherence to standards, delivering great customer service, attendance and punctuality, and pursuing advancement opportunities from delivery to management or franchise ownership. Essential skills include math accuracy, communication with customers and team, operating point-of-sale and computer systems, and physical tasks involved in a fast-paced store environment.
Required Qualifications
- General job duties for all store team members
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily
- Training orientation and on-the-job
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Navigational and sensory skills for driving/delivery (if applicable)
