Job Summary
Responsible for all shift activities including cost controls, inventory and cash handling, and customer relations. Sets the example, enforces policies, and ensures adherence to standards. Responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, scheduling, maintaining a perfect image, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability. Opportunities for advancement from delivery driver to manager or franchisee. Requires strong communication, equipment operation, order entry, and monetary handling skills; physical duties include standing, lifting, walking, and occasional driving deliveries. Training provided on the job.
Required Qualifications

- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
- Prepare product
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- Training and orientation on the job
- Ability to comprehend and communicate written instructions
- Verbal, writing, and telephone communication with customers and co-workers
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic and monetary transactions
- Computer/keyboard entry
- Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
- Valid driver's license and ability to deliver with an insured vehicle
