Job Summary
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example and follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. Additional duties include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability. Training is provided on the job, with potential advancement from delivery driver to management roles. Must be able to operate equipment, take and process orders, handle monetary transactions accurately, communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, and perform the physical tasks and safety requirements described (lifting, standing, walking, driving deliveries). The role emphasizes leadership, supervision of store operations, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
