Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in managing all restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling. Supervise and train team members to ensure adherence to company policies while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Manage customer complaints and assume acting General Manager responsibilities during the GM's absence to ensure operational continuity. Contribute to strategies that improve restaurant performance and achieve goals through independent task management and administrative oversight.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment, ideally in the food service industry
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and staff
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Must be at least 18 years of age
