Job Summary
Manage all shift operations including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Set the example for the crew by adhering to all policies and procedures while ensuring store cleanliness, staffing, and adherence to standards. Process telephone and in-person orders, prepare products, stock ingredients, and maintain equipment. Navigate the designated delivery area using map skills and perform accurate mathematical calculations for change and pricing. Maintain punctuality and transportation to work to support store profitability and image.
