Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including leading and training team members, maintaining food quality and speed standards, and managing labor and inventory. Handle scheduling, oversee banking and cash handling, assist with hiring and staff development, and support marketing efforts to grow sales. Deliver outstanding customer service every shift while ensuring store profitability. This full-time role offers 32–40 hours per week with a clear path to General Manager, competitive pay starting at $18/hour with bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, and 401(k) matching. Weekend availability is required for opening and closing shifts.
