Job Summary
Manage assigned stores by ensuring food, labor, and service goals are met while maintaining a minimum 4-star operational level. Oversee daily pizza production standards, including accurate topping counts and strict safety protocols, and supervise delivery drivers who must carry specific coin change and follow safe delivery training. Conduct monthly P&L reviews with supervisors, perform self-OERs, and ensure all inventory checks, equipment maintenance, and school lunch programs run within established standards. Maintain store budgets, verify accurate paperwork and reports, and implement new product ideas seamlessly. Work a minimum 50-hour week with one day off and one on-call day, ensuring all team members are properly trained and staffed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on call day
- Every driver must have done Safe Delivery CBT
- Knowing of all product and operational standards
- All safety and security procedures are followed and equipment is in working order
- Store Budgets Maintained
- Inventory checks performed on each store each month
- Systems checklist and visit books utilized and in place and used
