Job Summary
Lead shift operations by managing cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations while setting an example for your crew. Execute staffing, paperwork, and food management to maintain profitability, perfect store image, and ensure strict adherence to all policies. Coordinate daily cleaning, marketing efforts, and attendance while operating all equipment and processing both telephone and in-person orders. Perform physical tasks including stocking ingredients, preparing product, and carrying heavy cases or trays of dough. Deliver pizzas and flyers to customers within the Denver metro area using a personal vehicle, navigating varied terrain and weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Must live in or near the Denver metro area or are moving to the Denver area
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
- Depth perception
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
