Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including leading and training team members, maintaining food quality and speed standards, and handling scheduling, labor management, and inventory. Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability while delivering outstanding customer service every shift and assisting with hiring, training, and staff development. Support marketing efforts to grow sales. This full-time role offers 32–40 hours per week with a clear path to General Manager, competitive pay of $18/hour plus bonuses, and paid training including a leadership capstone. Weekend availability is required.
