Job Summary
Partner with the General Manager on recruitment, training, and scheduling while serving as manager-on-duty and second in command. Uphold brand standards, maximize sales and profit by meeting food and labor goals, and ensure health, safety, and cleanliness protocols are followed. Manage cash handling, reconciliation, reporting, inventory control, and marketing efforts while fostering productive relationships with Team Members and the community. This role requires an exceptional attitude, valid driver's license, and proficiency in proprietary software systems like PULSE and PWR. Candidates must be 18 or older with reliable transportation.
