Job Summary
As Assistant General Manager, serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to the General Manager, partnering on recruitment, training, scheduling, and ensuring brand standards, health and safety, and high-quality product/service to customers. Drive sales and labor goals, manage inventory and cash handling, support marketing efforts, mentor store staff, build customer/community relationships, and oversee store operations with a focus on leadership, operational excellence, and team development.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license, registration and liability insurance
- ability to pass background investigation and motor vehicle report
- ability to create and manage Team Member schedule
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work under stress and meet quality standards
