Job Summary
Serve as manager-on-duty and second in command to the General Manager, partnering with leadership on recruitment, new Team Member training, and scheduling. Uphold brand standards, ensure health and safety compliance, and maximize sales by meeting food and labor goals. Provide consistently high-quality product and service while managing cash handling, reconciliation, inventory control, and marketing efforts. Foster productive relationships with Team Members and the community, acting as a mentor for all store-level positions. Requires valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proficiency in proprietary software systems like PULSE and PWR.
