Job Summary
Deliver pizzas and flyers within a designated area using a personal insured vehicle, navigating multi-story buildings and adverse terrain. Stock ingredients from delivery zones to storage and coolers, prepare products, and receive telephone orders while operating all equipment. Maintain facility cleanliness daily, process orders verbally and in person, and complete inventory paperwork. Manage bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds, stacking cases on shelves up to 72 inches high, and carry trays of dough and beverages. Work standing or sitting positions, lifting and pushing heavy items, and climb stairs or ladders as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Ability to direct activities
