Job Summary
Assistant Manager responsible for leading daily shift operations in alignment with Domino’s standards and DCP Pizza’s commitment to excellence. Responsibilities include shift leadership and accountability, delivering exceptional customer service, food safety and sanitation compliance, operational excellence including inventory and audits, financial controls (labor and food cost), and team development through training and coaching. Must support recruiting, scheduling, and maintaining proper staffing levels; ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; requires a driver’s license with driving experience and car insurance; previously in or with leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a driver's license with at least 1 year driving experience and car insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation required
- Must meet eligibility requirements for driving if required by the position
