Job Summary
Lead shifts in a high-volume Domino’s RPM Pizza store, train and develop Team Members, manage scheduling and labor, uphold brand standards, ensure customer service excellence, and support store performance under the General Manager; participate in RPM Pizza College training and maintain food safety and sanitation standards while driving a positive, engaging environment for customers and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive
- Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
