Job Summary
The Assistant Manager will assist the General Manager in all aspects of store operations, run effective shifts, lead the Team on shift, uphold the brand image, and help meet store goals. Responsibilities include managing the store and Team with a high-volume mentality, leading training and coaching, utilizing advanced equipment, ensuring safety standards, resolving issues, operating all in-store equipment (including oven-tending), multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, delivering a fun and engaging customer experience, scheduling and managing labor, applying marketing tools, maintaining store cleanliness and health standards, and driving store performance while consistently working 40+ hours per week. The role requires adherence to company policies, completion of Pizza College courses and related training, and development opportunities through RPM Pizza College.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Pass CMS Management Courses
- Strong communication and verbal skills
- Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Food Safety Certified as required by area
