Job Summary
Assistant Manager at Domino’s Pizza (DAKS) supports the General Manager in all store operations to ensure exceptional customer service, product quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities include assisting with customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling; supervising and training team members; ensuring adherence to policies, safety, and sanitation guidelines; handling customer complaints and driving store performance improvements; performing administrative tasks and inventory management; and stepping in as acting General Manager in the GM’s absence. Requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
