Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling. Supervise and train team members, ensuring adherence to company policies, while maintaining a clean environment and following safety guidelines. Manage customer complaints and assume acting General Manager responsibilities during the GM's absence to ensure operational continuity. Contribute to performance improvement strategies and handle administrative tasks. Requires strong leadership, communication, and food safety knowledge. Must be at least 18 years old. This role serves as a steppingstone for future leadership within Domino's Pizza DAKS, which operates stores across Texas, Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
