Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling; supervise and train team members, coach on policies and procedures, and enforce safety/sanitation standards; resolve customer complaints and contribute to strategies to improve store performance; perform administrative tasks and inventory management; step into acting General Manager in the GM’s absence; requires leadership, clear communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to exceptional guest service.

- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- A strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Must be at least 18 years of age
