Responsibilities include performing duties of customer services representatives and delivery drivers, managing 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts, controlling costs and inventory, handling cash, greeting customers and taking orders, operating the cash register, ensuring accurate and timely product preparation per recipes and baking procedures, delivering product by vehicle in a safe and courteous manner, maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, and upholding grooming standards. Requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
