Job Summary
Manage store operations by performing duties as a Customer Services Representative and Delivery Driver, including greeting customers, taking orders, operating cash registers, and delivering products safely. Lead a staff of 3 to 30 employees during shifts, ensuring cost, inventory, and cash control while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with grooming standards. Work 365 days a week with flexible scheduling, requiring a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Assist in training staff on phone etiquette and pizza preparation procedures.
