Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager at our Domino's Pizza location in Carrollton, GA, you will oversee store operations during your shift, manage 3 to 30 employees, and handle cost, inventory, and cash controls while ensuring excellent customer relations. You will perform duties akin to Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and ensure products meet portion and baking standards. You’ll deliver products by vehicle, maintain store cleanliness, and uphold Domino's Grooming Standards. The role requires leadership experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and full open availability; experience leading a team is essential to grow into store management through training and progression opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a team; you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people during your shift.
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Valid Drivers License
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Full open availability.
