Job Summary
Lead store operations by managing 3 to 30 employees during your shift, overseeing cost, inventory, and cash control. Perform duties as a Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver, including greeting customers, operating cash registers, preparing products to recipe standards, and delivering orders safely. Maintain full store cleanliness and adhere to grooming standards while ensuring all baking procedures and portion sizes are accurate. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a motor vehicle check. Full open availability and age 18 or older required. Weekly pay and access to board-certified physicians after 30 days.
