Job Summary
Manage store operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control, while performing duties as a Customer Service Representative, Delivery Driver, and production staff. Greet customers, take orders, operate cash registers, and deliver products safely. Supervise a team of 3 to 30 employees, maintain cleanliness and grooming standards, and ensure all products comply with recipes and portion sizes. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and full availability. Earn weekly pay with management training to advance to store manager.
