Job Summary
Domino’s Pizza is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our pizzeria in Charlotte, NC. You’ll oversee daily operations, motivate and develop a team, manage inventory and scheduling, ensure food safety and sanitation, resolve customer issues, and drive sales and profitability. The role requires proven restaurant-management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, financial acumen with P&L understanding, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry but not required
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
