Job Summary
Oversee daily pizza restaurant operations, including hiring, training, and supervising staff while managing inventory, scheduling, and food safety compliance. Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving issues and maintaining quality standards, while driving sales through marketing initiatives and cost control. Ensure the store remains spotless, safe, and inviting, adhering strictly to Domino's pizza-making standards and brand image requirements. Work in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules to meet business objectives and support the company's growth within the Charlotte and Raleigh markets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Must make Perfect Pizzas every time by adhering to a strict adherence to Domino's pizza-making standards and procedures
- Must maintain 100% Image at all times to maintain a clean and professional appearance, while adhering to the Domino's dress code, and representing the brand positively
- Must work with Hustle and Energy we have a need for a fast-paced and efficient work style
- Must be friendly and have a smile with all customers, the importance of excellent customer service and a positive attitude are the foundation of our business
- Must be 18 years of age
