Job Summary
Manage all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Set a standard for your crew by following all policies and ensuring store cleanliness and marketing efforts. Handle staffing, paperwork, and food management while maintaining perfect image and attendance standards. Deliver product by car to customers, navigate designated areas, and manage flyers. Operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, and process telephone orders accurately. Clean facilities daily and make bulk deliveries up to 50 pounds. Requires a valid driver's license, accurate math skills, and the ability to work under stress in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- Ability to direct activities
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work alone and with others
- Ability to work under stress
- Ability to meet strict quality control standards
