Pizza Restaurant Management - Lead Our Slice of Success! Domino’s Pizza is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our pizzeria to success. You''ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and motivating your team to deliver a delicious experience every time. Responsibilities include hiring, training, supervising a team, managing inventory and scheduling, ensuring food safety and sanitation, delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales and profitability through marketing initiatives and cost control, and maintaining a clean, safe store that reflects brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry but not required
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for developing others
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- A love for pizza is a definite plus!
- Must be at least 18 years of age
