Job Summary
Lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly; maintain staffing levels; handle opening/closing duties including bank deposits and nightly inventory; ensure store is ready to receive orders on opening; foster urgency and provide excellent customer service; collect money and receipts from drivers; ensure delivery vehicles pass inspections; assist with routing to maximize on-time deliveries; uphold grooming, uniform, and Domino’s standards; promote pizzas, specials, and promotions; receive cross-training for food prep and opening/closing procedures; operate pizza oven and box products for delivery or carryout; communicate clearly and use a computer-based order entry system; contribute to teamwork, energy, and fun.
