Job Summary
Lead a team of delivery drivers and CSRs to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctly; manage staffing to mirror daily business needs; handle nightly end-of-day bank deposits and inventory counts; ensure opening readiness for orders; foster urgency and uphold Domino's standards; resolve disputes to convert unhappy customers into repeat customers; collect money and signed receipts at shift end; ensure delivery vehicles pass inspection; assist with routing to maximize on-time orders; uphold grooming, uniform, and appearance standards; promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
