Job Summary
Restaurant Manager to lead our pizzeria's daily operations at Domino’s in Carrboro, NC. You will hire, train, and supervise staff; manage inventory, scheduling, and compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations; resolve customer issues and ensure an outstanding guest experience; drive sales and profitability through marketing initiatives and cost control; maintain a clean, welcoming store and uphold brand standards. The role requires proven restaurant-management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a solid understanding of P&L. A passion for pizza and delivering exceptional customer service is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry but not required
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for developing others
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- A love for pizza is a definite plus!
- Must be 18 years of age
