Job Summary
Restaurant Manager to lead Domino’s Pizza operations at Prairie Pizza in Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and supervising a team; managing inventory, scheduling, and food safety/sanitation compliance; delivering outstanding customer service; driving sales and profitability through marketing initiatives and cost control; and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store that reflects brand standards. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team to deliver a consistent, high-quality pizza experience.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management preferred (pizza industry experience optional)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements
- Must be 18 years of age
