Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, inventory control, and staff scheduling. Supervise and train team members to ensure adherence to company policies while maintaining a clean, organized work environment that follows safety and sanitation guidelines. Manage customer complaints, perform administrative tasks, and contribute to strategies that improve restaurant performance. Assume the role and responsibilities of acting General Manager in the GM's absence to ensure continuity of operations. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment, ideally in the food service industry
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and staff
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
