Job Summary
Assistant Manager oversees shift operations at Domino's, including cost and inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations. Responsibilities include performing duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, managing 3 to 15 employees per shift, greeting customers and taking orders, operating the cash register and handling payments, ensuring products are prepared per Domino's guidelines, delivering product by vehicle, maintaining a clean, professional store environment, and upholding grooming standards. Must demonstrate leadership, maintain a safe driving record, have access to a reliable insured vehicle, be punctual, and be at least 18 years old. Location: Bryant, AR (in-person).
Required Qualifications
