Job Summary
Oversee store operations during shift, enforce policies, manage cost controls, inventory and cash handling, and uphold customer relations. Set the example and ensure 100% adherence to policies and procedures while guiding staff on responsibilities such as staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. The role includes maintaining attendance and punctuality, coordinating transportation to/from work, and delivering excellent customer service. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to operate all equipment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to process cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and physical conditions
- Valid driver’s license for delivery duties (if applicable)
