Job Summary
Assistant Manager leads shifts in a high-volume Domino’s RPM Pizza store, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting store goals. Responsibilities include training and coaching Team Members, scheduling and labor management, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, resolving customer and team concerns, operating store equipment, implementing marketing and operational initiatives, and partnering with the General Manager to drive store performance. Requires completing RPM/Domino’s training programs, and willingness to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
- Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
