Job Summary
Assistant Manager leads shifts in a high-volume Domino’s/RPM Pizza store, delivers customer service excellence, supports store goals, and coaches/ develops Team Members. Responsibilities include scheduling, labor management, attendance and punctuality, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, resolving customer and team concerns, operating kitchen equipment, and implementing marketing and operational initiatives. Partners with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals and works nights, weekends, and holidays. Completion of RPM Pizza College and other required training is expected to support leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive
- Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations
