Job Summary
The Assistant Manager leads shifts in a high-volume RPM Pizza/Domino’s store, delivering customer service excellence while supporting store goals and coaching Team Members on performance. Responsibilities include supervising shifts, training and developing staff, assisting with scheduling and labor management, ensuring food safety and sanitation, operating kitchen equipment, solving customer and team concerns, implementing marketing and operational initiatives, and partnering with the General Manager to drive store performance. The role requires completing RPM Domino’s training programs (including Pizza College), and scheduling that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations
