Job Summary
The Assistant Manager leads shifts in a high-volume RPM Pizza/Domino’s store, trains and coaches Team Members, supports scheduling and labor management, ensures food safety and sanitation standards, and partners with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals. The role requires operating store equipment (including ovens), delivering excellent customer service, executing marketing and operational initiatives, and maintaining a positive, engaging environment for customers and staff. Training and leadership development are emphasized through RPM Pizza College, with required company and Domino’s trainings. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays and includes an hourly compensation package with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 21 to drive
- Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations
