Job Summary
The Assistant Manager leads shifts and supports the General Manager in daily store operations at RPM Pizza/Domino’s in Baton Rouge. Responsibilities include running high-volume shifts, delivering customer service excellence, coaching and developing Team Members, assisting with scheduling and labor management, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, resolving customer and team concerns, operating kitchen equipment, and executing marketing and operational initiatives to achieve store performance goals. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and ensuring compliance with brand standards while working a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 21 to drive
- Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations
