Job Summary
The Assistant Manager at RPM Pizza (Domino’s franchise) leads shifts in a high-volume store, delivers exceptional customer service, supports store goals, and guides Team Members on shift. Responsibilities include training, coaching, and developing staff; assisting with scheduling and labor management; maintaining food safety and sanitation standards; resolving customer and team concerns; operating store equipment; managing time and multitasking; creating a positive, engaging environment for customers and team members; supporting inventory, ordering, and organizational processes; implementing marketing and operational initiatives; partnering with the General Manager to achieve performance goals; and working a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. The role includes ongoing leadership and career development through RPM Pizza College.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive
- Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class)
- Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
