Job Summary
Assistant Manager leads shifts in a high-volume RPM Pizza/Domino’s store, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting store goals and coaching Team Members. Responsibilities include running shifts, training and developing staff, assisting with scheduling and labor management, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, resolving customer and team concerns, operating kitchen equipment, executing marketing and operational initiatives, and partnering with the General Manager to achieve store performance. Requires completion of RPM/Domino’s training programs and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive
- Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations
