Job Summary
The Assistant Manager leads shifts and supports the General Manager in Dag operations at RPM Pizza/Domino’s franchise locations. Responsibilities include running high-volume shifts, delivering excellent customer service, training and coaching Team Members, assisting with scheduling and labor management, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, resolving customer and team concerns, operating kitchen equipment, executing marketing and operational initiatives, and supporting store performance goals. Requires completing RPM/Domino’s training, adapting to a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and participating in RPM Pizza College leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 21 to drive
- Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations
