Job Summary
The Assistant Manager leads store operations, running shifts, delivering customer service excellence, and coaching Team Members while supporting the General Manager in daily operations. Responsibilities include scheduling, labor management, attendance, and ensuring safety, food safety, and sanitation standards; operating equipment (ovens and food prep tools); executing marketing and operational initiatives; and completing RPM Pizza College training. The role requires strong communication, a positive, team-oriented attitude, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
- Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.
