Job Summary
The Assistant Manager leads shifts in a high-volume Domino’s RPM Pizza store, partnering with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals. Responsibilities include running shifts, delivering exceptional customer service, training and developing Team Members, supporting scheduling and labor management, ensuring safety and sanitation standards, resolving customer and Team Member concerns, operating kitchen equipment, and coordinating inventory and initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and offers opportunities for leadership development through RPM Pizza College and involvement in community partnerships; the position requires availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 21 to drive
- Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations
