Job Summary
Assistant Manager leads shifts in a high-volume Domino’s RPM Pizza store in New Orleans, delivering customer service excellence while supporting store goals and training Team Members. The role supports the General Manager in daily operations, upholds brand standards, and completes required RPM/Domino’s training programs. Key duties include leading shifts, coaching and developing Team Members, assisting with scheduling and attendance, ensuring food safety and sanitation, managing inventory and ordering, implementing marketing and operational initiatives, and partnering with the GM to achieve store performance goals. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds (up to 50 pounds with assistance).
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 21 to drive
- Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations
